A World of Pearls
We are announcing our 3rd bead challenge!
It begins July 1st and ends Oct. 1st.
We're asking you to challenge yourself and create a beautiful piece of jewlery or artwork using the theme of pearls. This could include necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pins, or baskets. How about boxes, rings or a sculpture? Any style, color or shape of pearl can be used. Also it does not have to be completly pearls you can incorporate anything you wish. So break open some oysters and let the fun begin.
Your complete item must be mailed or dropped off at Garden of Beaden on or before Oct. 1,2008. All entries will be on display at Garden of Beaden for one month, and then they'll be returned to the owners. Your entry will be featured on our website, with your name and a photo of your piece. We will have a reception for all participants in October to come and have an up close peek at all the entries.
